As noted above, Cashews are harvested starting in February to April every year.

When Cashew apple become ripe morphological, color outside of the cashew apple has turned red or yellow (depending>Harvesting method:

1. Normally, cashew apple first and the seeds rip in a few days later, when the cashew apple was too ripe, fell to the ground and be collected. This is a common way of harvesting, collecting underground, to get the highest quality seed and labor saving in harvest.
   
    
2. In addition, the cashew can be harvested daily to separate seeds and fruit processing for use with different purposes.
