The Seeds

1. Separate method of the nuts from the apples:

         Cashew after harvest to separate the seeds and apples. Seeds must be removed stems, clean the fruit meat stick in stem and seeds can be washed thoroughly. Then clean the sand to not interfere with the classification cashew nuts during processing.

2. Sun Drying

           Cashew nuts after harvest will be exposed to the sun to reach adequate moisture will enter the warehouse.

 

3. Sizies of the nut:

             After drying the moisture content reaches warehousing, dry cashew nuts usually have sizes such as large type: <170 seeds/kg; Medium: 170-190 seeds / kg; Small: 190-210 seeds/kg
